This is an affordable, Rugged, 4 Wheel Drive, Surveillance, Reconnaissance Robot designed for Tactical, Hazmat and other dangerous environments. A  SWAT unit or Hazmat team can rapidly deploy this pan/tilt camera wielding robot to gain situational awareness and assess hostile situations without putting themselves in danger. Additional sensors can be added to detect various poisonous gasses or radiation levels and wirelessly transmit a live video feed back to a command center.
